A new built evergreen end of terrace, 4 bed single dwelling construction with the state-of-the-art material and the latest mechanical and electrical services technology. The construction has started in November 2022 with the collaboration of the local authority and is expected to conclude by May 2023. Water harvesting, Latest solar technology and super efficient heating and lighting systems have been embedded in the design. Working hand in hand with the neighbours and the local community to create a positive impact has continually been our policy towards the larger constructions in residential areas.
